I lay in bed
And close my eyes
Then drift to sleep
Away from lies
Trying to forget
The pain you made
I calm my breath
And quickly fade
I find myself
Laid on a cloud
With lights so bright
And bells so loud
Then I see gates
But it can't be
I try to wake
And I'm looking at me
I take in a breath
But cotton instead
Fills my lungs
My heart, and head
My body turns heavy
And I sink in the bed
Like it is a magnet
And my blood is cold lead
The next thing I feel
Is I'm floating away
My body gets far
When I'm wanting to stay
I'm back on the cloud
I look back and see
The people that care
Crying over me
A tear escapes my eye
